Marc Lener, M.D.

Dr. Lener leads the Singula Institute team with expertise in clinical research, teaching, leadership, and a passion for innovation of healthcare research and delivery that work for individual patients. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in the Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania, Lener began a career as a high school science teacher at Georgetown Day School in Washington, DC, where he remained to earn his MD the George Washington University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he was accepted into the Physician-Scientist Research Track, and was chosen as Chief Resident of Research.

Prior to his role at Singula, Lener completed a three-year clinical research fellowship at the Experimental Therapeutics and Pathophysiology branch of the National Institutes of Mental Health, where he examined neural correlates of depression heterogeneity to identify biological markers of depression risk and treatment response.

Zhi-De Deng, PH.D.

Dr. Deng brings expertise in applications of engineering and data science to evidence-driven clinical research in psychiatric conditions such as depression. His research focuses on the development of brain stimulation technology, and electromagnetic field modeling and optimization of various noninvasive neuromodulation modalities, including transcranial magnetic stimulation, electroconvulsive therapy, magnetic seizure therapy, and transcranial direct current stimulation. Den’s current research focuses on reengineering of seizure therapy, and he is broadly interested in nonlinear dynamics of physiological systems and computational psychiatry.

Deng completed two postdoctoral fellowships at Duke University School of Medicine and the National Institute of Mental Health. He received a Ph.D. and a M.Phil. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. Deng also holds a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Amicia Elliott, PH.D.

Dr. Elliott co-founded Singula Institute with the goal of developing a new kind of mental health care centered on the individual that uses an integrated data-driven approach. Bringing more than a decade of experience in biomedical research and innovation and a passion for personalized wellness, Elliott is focusing on the standardization of Singula’s practices and big data integration.

Elliott previously co-founded a company creating products that help patients with chronic diseases, including those on dialysis, to manage their nutrition. Dr. Elliott has a PhD in Molecular Physiology and Biophysics from Vanderbilt University and postdoctoral training in neuroscience and high resolution optical imaging from the National Institutes of Health, studying the role that hormones play in directing behavior. Elliott’s Bachelor of Science is in Genetics and Molecular Biology from Purdue University.

John Leikauf, M.D.

Dr. Leikauf brings expertise in clinical research, teaching, and a passion to institute change for young patients and their families. He holds a strong interest in understanding how to make an impact on the individual patient and alter the trajectory of their risk towards acute mental illness. Leikauf is currently a practicing clinician and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Stanford University School of Medicine.

Leikauf completed fellowships in clinical research and child/adolescent psychiatry from the Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Leikauf completed his residency in psychiatry and an MD degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley. During his time at Mount Sinai, Dr. Leikauf was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society during medical school, awarded as Teacher of the Year by his students and peers during residency, and was chosen as Chief Resident.

Barry Peek, ESQ.

Barry Peak is the Chair of the Board of Directors of Singula Institute. Mr. Peek has over 40 years of experience in the field of labor and employment law, most recently serving as Co-Chair of the Labor Group of the distinguished law firm, Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C., where he has represented clients across aspects of labor and employment law. Peek serves as Adjunct Professor at the Cornell School of Industrial Relations, a member of the Long Island and New York City Labor and Employment Relations Associations, and belongs to the New York State, New York City and Nassau County Bar Associations. He has been the President of the National Cancer Center since 2010.

Peek holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York and a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law.

Josh Rubin, ESQ., M.B.A, M.P.H., M.P.P.

Josh Rubin is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Singula Institute. Josh Rubin serves as program officer for learning health system initiatives at the University of Michigan Medical School’s first-in-the-nation Department of Learning Health Sciences. Rubin also is president and CEO of the Learning Health Community and serves as executive director of the Joseph H. Kanter Family Foundation, the only philanthropic foundation founded by a patient, with the mission of realizing the learning health system vision. Rubin previously served as a senior policy fellow at eHealth Initiative and as a senior consultant at IBM Global Business Services, working at the intersection of health information technology, health care policy, consumer engagement and public health arenas.

Rubin obtained his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar and the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned an MBA and an MPP from Georgetown University and an MPH from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, all with health care concentrations.

Bill Langdon, M.B.A.

Bill Langdon is the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Singula Institute. Langdon specializes in helping grow tech companies: currently Chief Operating Officer at FRC, and before that at Nuxeo and the French companies Intersec & Utel. Langdon wore many leadership hats at digital mapping leader, NAVTEQ ($20Mn to $1Bn in Sales in 5 years), where he helped run the EU Sales group, was VP/GM of the $100 million revenue, 90-person global Distribution division and integrated the company’s first acquisition, a 100-person mapping company in Korea, which he ended up running. Langdon was CFO at technology multi-national OmniTicket Network, raising over $30 million in venture capital. Langdon has an MBA from Yale, and started his business career in finance at Disney. Langdon has served on the board of Lycee Internationale, providing essential services such as financial oversight and financial aid administration.

Kathy Aligene, M.D.

Dr. Kathy Aligene is a member of the Board of Directors of Singula Institute. Dr. Aligene is a dual board-certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Interventional Anesthesiology Pain Management. During her residency training the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Aligene was President of the Resident-Fellow Council of the Academic Association of Physiatrists, President of the Resident Council of NY Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, elected as Chief Resident of the Mount Sinai Residency Program, and was appointed as the Administrative Chief during her Anesthesia Pain Fellowship. Aligene’s career interest is in disease and illness prevention and rehabilitation, particularly in patients with chronic pain in women.

Desmond Dodd, M.SC.

Desmond Dodd is a member of the Board of Directors of Singula Institute. Dodd is a consultant and leader in strategic communications and executive support around social enterprise and private investment, with a focus on developing and emerging markets. Dodd brings with him more than two decades of practice in journalism, publishing, and strategic communications in international capital markets and economic development in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. Dodd’s experience includes media relations, digital media strategies, strategic executive positioning, start-up projects, crisis communications, and reporting on social innovation and finance. Dodd received his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and advanced degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science (M.Sc., Economic History) and from the School of Oriental and African Studies (M.Sc., Financial Economics) at the University of London.

Arvind Govindarajan, PH.D.

Dr. Arvind Govindarajan is a member of the Board of Directors of Singula Institute. Dr. Govindarajan is currently a partner at McKinsey where he is the leader of Risk Dynamics in the Americas, assisting executives across industries on their strategic and risk problems using a range of advanced analytics techniques, and enabling firms to improve their own analytics capabilities. Govindarajan has served a range of financial and non-financial institutions globally (e.g., banks, asset managers, oil, gas, and chemical producers, pharmaceutical makers, and utilities). Prior to joining McKinsey, Govindarajan was a neuroscientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was the Assistant Director at the RIKEN-MIT-Picower Center for Neural Circuit Genetics. There he worked on numerous projects including the molecular and cellular basis of long-term memory formation, fragile X syndrome (a cause of intellectual disabilities), anxiety, and depression.

Govindarajan has a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Biology, and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Toronto in chemistry, biochemistry and computer science.

Randall Lee, M.D.

Dr. Randall Lee is a member of the Board of Directors of Singula Institute. Dr. Lee graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Finance and International Business. Upon graduating from Penn State, Lee spent over a decade in a finance career, starting in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and then moving to stock trading at Nomura, and investments at Arbor Realty Trust. In 2013, Dr. Lee pivoted and decided to pursue a career in medicine. Dr. Lee graduated from Columbia University School of Medicine in 2016 and completed his medical residency training in Emergency Medicine at UCLA, where he was selected as Chief Resident. Dr. Lee is currently a Professor at George Washington University where he is involved with creating a space for medical entrepreneurship, and has remained involved in his own entrepreneurial ventures.

Kyle Schroeder, B.S.

Kyle Schroeder is a member of the Board of Directors of Singula Institute. Mr. Schroeder is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Cremo Cream. He is a graduate of The Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, leading to jobs in technology and entertainment. Schroeder has become interested in advising other for-profit and non-profit companies who are committed to making a greater social impact.

Mark Epley

Mark Epley is a member of the Board of Directors of the Singula Institute. Mark is currently Chairman of Financial Sponsors at HSBC Securities in NY. He has over 30 years of experience in investment banking and is involved in numerous capital-raisings and strategic corporate activities globally. Mark has also built and managed teams for the past two decades, including at Deutsche Bank, Nomura, and Morgan Stanley. He has a deep interest in assisting efforts to combat the challenges and stigma of mental illness. Mark holds degrees from Princeton (BA) and Columbia (MBA) Universities.

Seema Boesky

Ms. Seema Boesky holds the position of Philanthropic Advisor to The Board of Directors of Singula Institute. Boesky was born in Detroit, Michigan, and at an early age of 13, co-owned, with her sister Muriel, the Beverly Hills Hotel (the crown jewel of her father’s vast real estate holdings), eventually taking control at the age of 21 until its sale in 1987. Boesky received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University, and attended Pace University’s business school. In the early 1980’s, she joined the Board of Northern Westchester Hospital and served in various capacities for 4+ decades, watching it evolve into one of America’s leading community hospitals. She was a founding member of the Eagle Hill School, the school for International Studies at Princeton, and The Family Center in Somerville, Massachusetts. She received The Peabody Award as the producer of the film Shoah, a documentary completed in 1988 on the Holocaust. She established the Gertrude Silberstein Pain Clinic at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, honoring her mother. She serves as President of the Silberstein Boesky Family Foundation, focusing on enhancing the lives of underprivileged children emotionally, physically, and educationally; her Charitable Trust and Foundation supports work to cure mental illness, with a special focus on anxiety and depression. Locally, she served as Board member and Honoree at the Caramoor Music Center and the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester, heading their two capital campaigns, the Westchester Land Trust and the Waterkeeper Alliance. She also served on the Board of the Women’s Forum, an international organization that mentors women worldwide.

Jamie Serino, B.S.

Jamie Serino is a member of the Board of Directors of Singula Institute. Serino is currently Head of Brand and Content at Sterling in New York City. Prior to Sterling, Serino was Director and Head of Brand and Marketing at Blackbaud, also in New York. Through his 21-year career, Serino has dedicated himself to shaping, protecting and promoting brands, as well as raising awareness and generating demand for technology companies and nonprofit organizations. Serino also has a strong interest in mental health and public health, having served on the board of World Cares, a non-profit organization focused on disaster response and preparedness.

Angela Stelle, B.A.

Angela Stelle is a member of the Board of Directors of Singula Institute. Stelle is currently Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Client Experience at Sterling in New York City. Stelle has had extensive experience in operational planning and execution of customer-focused solutions for growing and well-established information services companies, including Sterling, Dun & Bradstreet, Verizon Wireless and Wolters Kluwer. Stelle is a leader with 20+ years of hands-on experience guiding results-driven and customer-oriented teams, initiatives and programs, with a proven record of inspiring and motivating executives, peers, stakeholders and team members to operationalize new strategies. Stelle brings an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for simplifying the complex, driving insight-led change.

Courtni Burleson, ESQ.

Courtni Burleson is the Senior Foundation Relations Manager at Americans United for Separation of Church and State.

Before joining AU, Courtni spent five years leading the grants program at the American Constitution Society. Previously, she’s held positions at the D.C. Sentencing Commission and Vera Institute of Justice to support criminal justice policy efforts and worked as a freelance editor, collaborating on both fiction and non-fiction projects. Courtni began her career as an attorney and has worked in public defender offices in Washington D.C., California and New York.

Courtni received her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, and her B.A. and M.S. in Justice, Law & Society from American University. While at Berkeley, she was the editor-in-chief of the African American Law & Policy Report and is a former co-chair, board member and fellowship coordinator for the Berkeley Law Foundation. Ms. Burleson is a member of the New York Bar, District of Columbia Bar, and Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Sonia Canzater, J.D., M.P.H.

Sonia Canzater, JD, MPH, is a Senior Associate at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law, and oversees the Institute’s Hepatitis Policy Project, which focuses on national Hepatitis C (HCV) law and policy issues, particularly barriers to access to effective treatments for HCV. She also works with the Institute’s Addiction and Public Policy Initiative, where she works on projects that address the intersection of incidence and prevalence of infectious diseases such as HCV and HIV and substance use disorder. Sonia has published numerous articles and publications that provide skilled analysis, insights, and policy recommendations to remediate critical social and health issues affecting public health and quality of life in the U.S. Sonia is a practicing attorney in the state of Maryland, and an active member of Maryland’s pro bono program, where she provides free legal representation and advice to low-income residents. Sonia holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Public Health from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Temple University.

Susan Daniells, B.A.

Ms. Daniells is Director of Leadership Gifts at Connecticut College. She has devoted 15 years of her career towards fundraising and development, serving within various capacities at high education institutions.

Daniells spent ten years as Vassar College working in the Annual Fund and Leadership Gifts. She then served for five years as the Yale University Senior Associate Director of Major Gifts, after which she returned to her alma mater where she serves in her current role. Daniells holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Religious Studies from Connecticut College.

Stevens Demorcy, B.S.

Mr. Demorcy is Vice President of Infrastructure at Thrive, where he directs and manages information technology teams. Previously, he worked for 16 years as Director of Infrastructure Services at RFA, where he managed global systems architecture and network engineering teams. He has also served as the Senior Systems Engineer for several top hedge funds. Demorcy has over 18 of experience in the IT industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems from Pace University.

Ophir Frieder, PH.D.

Ophir Frieder focuses on scalable information processing systems with particular emphasis on health informatics. He is a Fellow of the AAAS, ACM, AIMBE, IEEE, and NAI, and a Member of Academia Europaea and the European Academy of Sciences and Arts. He was awarded the Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T) Research in Information Science Award for medical informatics and the IEEE Edward J. McCluskey Technical Achievement Award for scalable information systems. Heavily involved with industrial efforts, he is a member of the computer science faculty at Georgetown University and the biostatistics, bioinformatics and biomathematics faculty in the Georgetown University Medical Center.

Yasmin Hurd, PH.D.

Dr. Yasmin Hurd is the Ward-Coleman Chair in Translational Neuroscience as well as Professor of Psychiatry, Neuroscience and Pharmacological Sciences at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. She is also Director of the Addiction Institute in the Mount Sinai Behavioral Health System. She is a renowned neuroscientist whose translational research examines the neurobiology of drug abuse and related psychiatric disorders. She is highly published and leads a diverse research program spanning molecular biology, behavioral neuropharmacology, neuroimaging and genetics to study the human brain and complementary translational animal models. Her pioneering research has provided significant insights into the neurobiology of opioid abuse and the neurodevelopmental (and cross-generational) effects of cannabis. Dr. Hurd also conducts clinical trials focused on novel treatments for opioid abuse. Based on these high impact accomplishments and her advocacy of drug addiction education and health, Dr. Hurd was inducted into the National Academy of Medicine.

Jonathan Shedler, PH.D.

Dr. Jonathan Shedler is a clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), faculty member at the San Francisco Center for Psychoanalysis, and Consulting Supervisor at California Pacific Medical Center. Dr. Shedler is known internationally as an author, consultant, and master clinician and teacher. His article The Efficacy of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy won worldwide acclaim for firmly establishing psychoanalytic therapy as an evidence-based treatment. Dr. Shedler’s research and writing are shaping contemporary views of personality syndromes and their treatment. He is author of numerous scientific and scholarly articles, creator of the Shedler-Westen Assessment Procedure (SWAP) for personality diagnosis and clinical case formulation, and co-author of the Psychodynamic Diagnostic Manual (PDM-2).

Gina Sockolow, M.B.A.

Gina Sockolow is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Swimming Team. After graduating from UPenn, Sockolow received her MBA and MS Degrees in Accounting and had a longstanding career in finance as an Equity Technology Analyst focused on internet and tech stocks. During that time, Sockolow earned multi-year industry awards for stock picking (WSJ, II). Currently, Sockolow is a financial and accounting consultant to start-up businesses.

Brendan Middleton

Brendan Middleton is a Vice President at MWWPR, New Jersey’s top public relations agency. In this role, he works closely with the company’s diverse roster of clients on strategic planning and content development for public relations and public policy campaigns. Middleton previously served as VP of Marketing and Communications at QPharma. He also served as Director of Communications and Public Affairs at Saint Michael’s Medical Center, where he led public relations activities and served as the hospital’s chief spokesperson. Middleton is active in his community, serving as Public Relations Committee Chair and Assistant Scoutmaster for one of New Jersey’s largest Boy Scout troops. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kean University and is a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Fellow.

Megan Mccormick, PH.D.

Dr. McCormick is a Founding Partner of InSite Solutions, where she drives development and implementation of software that improves behavioral health in adolescence. Her interests include large-scale program development and implementation aimed at improving public health outcomes for youth. She has worked extensively within community-based organizations on improving public health causes and advocating for youth mental health issues within the Washington DC metro area. McCormick’s research has focused on psychological factors that impact health outcomes, such as pain management and medication adherence, as well as the design, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral interventions to improve access to mental healthcare in primary healthcare settings and prevent negative medical outcomes in pediatric chronic illness populations.

In addition to her role at InSite Solutions, McCormick is a child psychologist in Washington DC and an Assistant Professor within the Department of Psychiatry at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, where she also serves as Director of Programs of the WISE Center. She received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Georgia.

Kuo B. Tong, M.B.A.

Mr. Tong leads as a Managing Director in the Life Sciences Practice of Guidehouse. He joined the firm in November of 2017 to lead a team dedicated to market access engagements. Prior to joining Guidehouse, Tong served for 21 years as CEO of San Francisco-based Quorum Consulting, Inc., a leading firm representing clients with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS); BCBS, commercial and managed care plans; and other payers and health care delivery systems in solving policy and market access issues. Prior to founding Quorum, Tong was a Senior Associate at Health Technology Associates (now Covance) in Washington, DC.

Before entering the consulting field, Tong contributed to clinical and health services research at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the University of California, Los Angeles Neuropsychiatric Institute. Mr. Tong graduated with a Master of Science in management from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology of Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Maria Alka Abraham, M.P.H., M.D.

Dr. Maria Abraham is a public health physician whose career has spanned Asia and the United States. After completing medical school at the National University of Singapore, she worked through the SARS epidemic which propelled her interest in public health. She went on to pursue her Master of Public Health at Columbia University. Dr. Abraham interned at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC DOHMH) where she worked on the NYC Trans Fat Ban and the Menu Calorie Labeling law. She also led a city-wide Teen Pregnancy program, with participation from 14 hospitals, that aimed to improve pregnancy outcomes and reduce HIV/STD risk. Most recently, at the New York State Office of Mental Health (NYS OMH), Dr. Abraham spent eight years worked with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations to improve care for individuals who live with mental illness. She is a wife and mother to two boys, enjoys traveling the globe and eating her way through the places she visits. She recently discovered her passion for writing educational children’s picture books.

Aminah West, M.B.A.

Aminah West is President at Inspiron Ventures, a consulting company that provides solutions to all aspects of business challenges. Previously, West was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Health Plus Management, LLC where she led growth strategy, operations and marketing for the Management Services Organization (MSO), leading the company to double its footprint of managed physician practices and realize a 12x private equity exit in under 3 years. West graduated with a BS in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University, and worked for Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations Health Care practice and then for the Haverford Group leading a strategic social impact investing portfolio before receiving her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and joining Wellpoint/Anthem’s internal consulting group.

Craig L. Katz

Dr. Craig Katz is Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, Medical Education, and System Design and Global Health at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Health System. He is currently Faculty Advisor in the Department of Medical Education and is the founding Faculty Director for Mount Sinai’s mental health clinic for the uninsured of East Harlem, the East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership (EHHOP). Dr. Katz also serves as faculty co-director of the Mount Sinai Human Rights Program and directs courses in their Graduate Program in Public Health. Dr. Katz founded and directs Mount Sinai’s Program in Global Mental Health and co founded and led Disaster Psychiatry Outreach, an organization providing psychiatric services to disaster-affected communities, including the World Trade Center Mental Health Screening and Treatment Program for 9/11 responders. He is former President of the New York County District Branch of the American Psychiatric Association as well as Distinguished Fellow of the APA. Dr. Katz is currently Vice Chair of the Medical Society of New York’s Committee on Emergency Preparedness and serves as National Trauma Consultant to Advanced Recovery Systems and the International Association of Firefighters Center of Behavioral Excellence. He is a graduate of Harvard College and completed his medical degree and psychiatric residency training from Columbia University, as well as a fellowship in forensic psychiatry from New York University.

Michael Leone, CPA.

Michael J. Leone, CPA serves as Principal of Cullen & Danowski, LLP, a public accounting, auditing and business consulting firm located in Port Jefferson Station, NY. He has over twenty-five years of accounting expertise as well as experience in governmental, commercial business, not-for-profit and healthcare areas. Mr. Leone is also a member of both the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has previously served on the NYSSCPA Emerging Technologies Committee and holds a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York (SUNY).

Jillian Tucker, B.A.

Ms. Tucker is Director of Development at Circle of Care, a non-profit organization that provides emotional and financial assistance to children and their families through pediatric cancer treatment. Previously, Tucker was Campaign Director at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where she directed both small and large-scale fundraising initiatives and events. Prior to that role, she contributed her fundraising expertise as Senior Development Manager of The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where she helped implement successful, comprehensive strategic fundraising plans. Tucker received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Binghamton University.

Jerry March, M.B.A.

Mr. March, a proven executive and investor with expertise in general management, is the Executive Vice President at KenKen LLC, a digital marketing company for which he manages operation and marketing initiatives for the toy, gaming, and education industries. He also serves as the Chief Operational Officer for NY Ketamine Infusions. Prior to his current roles, March co-founded Arden Group Publications, a national publisher of regional consumer wedding magazines, where he served as President. He also served as a principal and EVP at Venture Opportunities Corporation, a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) where he invested as well as provided strategic planning and senior management businesses owned and operated by minorities and women.

March completed his MBA at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.

Patricia Donini, M.S.

Patricia Donini is Founder and President of Avail Consulting Services LLC where she provides nonprofits with a broad array of services designed to offer long term benefits and positive effects on financial stability and mission impact. Donini has served the nonprofit community for more than 25 years, has a successful track record in all phases of Donor and Fund Development, Marketing and Public Relations, Operations, Strategic Planning and Organizational Development, and is committed to helping nonprofits achieve their organizational goals and strengthen their missions. Donini earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Stony Brook University.

Don Finley, B.S.

Mr. Finley integrates a technical engineering background with mission-driven vision as Founder and CEO of FINdustries, LLC, a technological product development company. At FINdustries, Finley and his team harness artificial intelligence and data science towards development strategies that eliminate problems causing delayed projects, missed market opportunities, lack of transparency during development, and budget overruns.

Prior to leading his own company, he has worked as VP in other companies in platform and product solutions as well as product development. Finley completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ohio University.

Tommy Gallagher

Tommy Gallagher is a Brooklyn born native who built a 40 year-long successful career on Wall Street. During his tenure, Gallagher was Vice Chairman of Oppenheimer, and then CIBC World Markets, where he was responsible for capital markets, the research department, the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, convertibles options, and all equity trading. At CIBC, Gallagher was responsible for raising $46 million dollars for children’s charities through Miracle Day, when all of the firm’s revenues were allocated to support children. Gallagher was a fortunate survivor of the 9/11 attacks as he was just across the street from the world trade centers. After 9/11, he did hands-on volunteer work for three years before becoming a CEO of TIGER21, a peer-to-peer learning network for high-net-worth individuals, and served on the Board for ten years.
